Her name was Katrina, like the hurricane, and she came, howling, into my life like that storm must have that one fateful night: Katrina didn't just fall in love -- she crashed into love, tumbled into it, free falling into the unknown with her arms at her side, not fighting against the inevitable, not fighting against the unavoidable magnetism between us, that pull that drew us closer every day, but just accepting it as it neared; she wove a destructive path through my life, not really caring what was in the way as long as she got what she wanted, but I knew it wasn't her fault because just like the hurricane, it was just her nature, and her name was Katrina -- like the hurricane.
100 plus words in one sentence? Oh, it's on, Lindner.

I love this, why don't you continue writing this. This simply has to be one of my favorite sentences! So much detail into a story so short, very creative. I would definitely like to see more of this in your blog.

I LOVE THIS. You are such a good writer tbh and we NEED to get back to writing longer stories in CWC. This actually seems like a p good prompt for a short story. Writing club is lucky to have you as a president, but we neeeeeed to get back to writing (both you and me). We are both talented and the freshman in CWC are showing potential so it probably would be good to grace the world with our stories :)
